As we inch closer to the reopening of the Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom on July 11, and Epcot and Hollywood Studios on July 15, we are learning more about how things will be different.
Today, Disney released details about transportation and parking changes.
Resort Transportation
Before the theme parks reopen, Disney World will offer complimentary resort transportation to take guests from their hotel to Disney Springs.
After the theme parks reopen, they will resume bringing Guests back to the parks. Disney is warning that guests may experience longer wait times since new social distancing procedures will be in place.
Hello Magical Express
Disney will restart its complimentary Magical Express bus service connecting Orlando International Airport to the Walt Disney World Resort.
Bye Bye Minnie
Disney World will not offer Minnie Van service when the parks reopen. It also won’t offer valet service at resorts, except for guests with disabilities.
Guests will be able to self-parking their vehicles.
