Olaf is one cool snow man, don’t you think?
When Anna and Elsa originally built the inanimate snowman as children, Olaf represented the innocence and joy of sisterhood the two shared before Elsa accidentally hurt Anna. We all know that mistake started the two sister’s long separation.
More than just comic relief and someone who likes to state the obvious, Olaf stands for innocence in a most loveable way.
Josh Gad, an accomplished American actor, helped to shape the personality of the snow man as Olaf’s voice. However, those in charge of the movie never wanted Olaf to take over the story, which was ultimately about Anna and Elsa.
Even though Olaf wasn’t the star of “Frozen,” he makes a big impact in the movie.
Olaf Does Disney World
While there are many stories of people waiting in long lines to meet Anna and Elsa, Olaf does make a few appearances around Walt Disney World too.
Olaf made appearances in the “Olaf on Summer Vacation” videos that played during the “Frozen Summer Fun” event at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Who wouldn’t want to see a snow man on his summer vacation?
You can expect to see Olaf during the Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime parade that takes place during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at the Magic Kingdom.
