Disney World has updated its official face-covering policy.
Guests are permitted to remove their face covering while eating or drinking, but now Disney has clarified the policy that guests must also be stationary and maintain physical distancing.
This new policy now prevents guests from walking around with food and drink with their masks off.
Components of Disney’s previous mask policy remain unchanged:
- Face covers must cover the mouth and secure under the chin
- Face covers must fit snugly
- Face covers must be secured with ties or ear loops
- Neck gaiters and open-chin triangle bandanas are not
Disney guests can’t walk around with masks off while eating or drinking. Good move?
