Orlando Airport Looks For More Travelers This Spring

The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is looking for a huge increase in travelers this spring, specifically around spring break and Easter.

The Orlando Aviation Authority expects an increase of 600,000 additional spring break travelers compared to last year the same period of time from February 28 – April 13.  That represents a 45% increase.

Last year the number of passengers traveling through the airport was down by 1.8 million since the spring break period happened during the start of the COVID-19 pandemic global shutdowns.
