Disney has spent the last couple years changing its nighttime fireworks spectacular in the Magic Kingdom.  The daily fireworks show, the Wishes Nighttime Spectacular, debuted in 2003 and ended in 2017.  It gave way to Happily Ever After.

Special versions of Disney’s fireworks shows also ran during hard ticketed events, including Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party starting in 2005.

The Halloween party ended their HalloWishes this year, and now Holiday Wishes at the Christmas will also end this year.

Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks will debut this year!

Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks will debut this year!

Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks show will replace Holiday Wishes with a very special host: Minnie Mouse!

Celebrate the magic of the season with recognizable Christmas songs including Joy to the World, Deck the Halls, Up on the House Top, and We Wish you a Merry Christmas. Maybe the coolest part of this show is that you don’t have to actually be in view of Cinderella Castle to enjoy the show to the fullest potential. This means you can continue enjoying all of the attractions that are open during the party!

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party runs on select nights from November 8th through December 22nd, and tickets are now available!

Goodbye Holiday Wishes, Hello Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime: excited?
