Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Café in Magic Kingdom‘s Frontierland is a favorite quick-service restaurant among guests. It serves up delicious food at affordable prices in a fun atmosphere.

However, there’s a meal that isn’t on the menu, and it wasn’t publicized when it started a few months ago. It’s the Nachos Rio Grande Challenge, and it’s a lot like the Kitchen Sink challenge at Disney’s Boardwalk’s Beaches and Cream.

This very expensive ($90) plate of nachos comes with impressive fan fare. After you order the secret nachos, Cast Members in the whole place start buzzing with excitement as they don their cowboy hats. They’ll escort you to a reserved table in the back of the restaurant as they ring their cowbells. The table is set pioneer style with tin plates and checkered napkins. Soon, Cast Members will arrive with a parade of pitchers of drinks plus bowls of green and red salsa and queso.

The Nachos Rio Grande Challenge is a VIP experience like something in a table-service restaurant but with quick-service food. If you complete the challenge, Cast Members will put on a special ceremony during which they recite the Pecos Bill Code of the West, and they’ll present you with an official certificate, cowboy hats, and sheriff badges.

So arrive at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe hungry with eight of your closest friends between 3 and 6 pm to take on the Nachos Rio Grand Challenge… if you dare.
