Sea. Salt. Sake. Sharpen will teach guests how to prepare fish without wasting any, the proper techniques for sharpening knives, and how to pair the fish with the right beverage. There will be demonstrations, food stations, samples, tastings, and onsite experts.
Learn about Mackerel, Hamachi, and Madai Snapper plus beer, sake, and shochus to complement the style and texture of the fish dish.
Guests must be at least 21 years old to attend since alcohol will be served, and the cost is $50 per person plus tax and gratuity.
