Nine more locations have announced they will reopen at Disney Springs on May 20:
Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC
4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Truck
The Polite Pig
Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company (three locations)
Sunshine Churros (two locations)
Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC will reopen with a full menu of gluten-free, vegan, soy-free, and kosher sweets. The store will be open from 10 am to 10 pm. All guests must wear face masks, and only one party will be allowed into the store at a time. The location is small and popular, so there is a good chance that lines will form outside.
YeSake offers Japanese street food and build-your-own poke bowls, as well as frozen beer and sake slushies. Mitsukoshi operates this location, which also operates the department store in the EPCOT Japan pavilion. YeSake is a food kiosk, so all seating will be outdoors.
4 Rivers operates local BBQ restaurants in Florida. The 4 Rivers BBQ food truck at Disney Springs is typically parked outside the World of Disney store. It will operate from 11:30 am to 10:00 pm. There are a few outdoor tables in the area of the food truck.
The Polite Pig is another BBQ restaurant in Disney Springs, although this one has both indoor and outdoor seating.
Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company has two locations at Disney Springs: a permanent retail space in The Landing section of Disney Springs, near The Boathouse, and smoothy kiosks in the Marketplace and West Side sections.
Sunshine Churros serves many flavors of churros. There are two kiosk locations at Disney Springs: one across from the World of Disney store and one across from the DisneyStyle store.
