Mears Announces Service From Orlando Airport To Disney World

When Disney announced in January that it would end its Magical Express bus services from the Orlando International Airport to Disney property at the end of 2021, Mears, the company that operated the service for Disney, said it would offer a replacement service.  Today we learned a bit more about the new service.

Mears has announced it will continue offering bus transportation between the airport and area theme parks and resorts starting in January 2022.  The new service will be called Mears Connect.

The service will be much like the old Magical Express.  It will offer service with large busses, luggage handling, and a convenient Orlando airport pick-up and drop-off location.

Mears has not yet announced pricing for the service, but those details and information on how to make reservations are coming later this year.

In the past, Disney’s Magical Express service was free of charge to guests staying in a Disney Resort hotel.

Will you use Mears Connect instead of Disney’s Magical Express in 2022?
