Gideon’s Bakehouse Reopens At Disney Springs on Saturday, January 16

Gideon’s Bakehouse, known for its nearly half-pound cookies, originally opened on the eve of Christmas Eve (December 23, 2020) and then closed on January 2, 2021.

Now, the extraordinarily popular cookie shop has announced on Facebook that it will hold its grand opening on Saturday, January 16.

The post announced a slew of promotions:

  • Free commemorative limited-edition 11×14 print of the shop’s gargoyle, signed and numbered by artist Michael Reyes.  Available to first 1,000 transactions.
  • ⁣Free 3 x 5 inch Gideon’s Gargoyle Sticker, available with each limited edition print.
  • Five limited-edition cookies: Frankenstein, Santa’s White Christmas, Coffee Cake Cookie, Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl, and Coffee Toffee Chocolate Chip.
  • Free peanut butter dip for the first 250 transactions.
  • Release of a Gargoyle T-shirt.

The post also mentioned that the shop would reopen today, but would not be at ‘100% just yet.’
