In many parts of the world, autumn is time to pull up the beautiful flowers of the summer as people get ready for the cold and dark of winter.
In the Magic Kingdom, however, the temperate Central Florida climate allows for many beautiful flowers to continue to bloom late into the fall. Of course, it probably doesn’t hurt that Disney employs 750 horticultural professionals who keep the flower beds looking great. They also tend to 175,000 trees and more than four million shrubs. Fortunately, this means that those of us who are guests of the Magic Kingdom in the autumn can experience be beauty of Disney’s floral magic while the temperatures cool off in October.
