Disney Parks in the US are closed until further notice – there is no announced date on when they will reopen. Still, people have reservations in place. Many were made well before mid-March and the government-instituted shutdowns.
Sources are now reporting that guests’ vacations through May 16 are being canceled by Disney. The company is notifying impacted guests via e-mail or phone call, and it is issuing refunds.

Disney has waived change fees and cancellation fees up to the date of check-in for reservations with planned arrivals through June 30.
Back on March 28, Disney World announced it would only accept reservations for June 1 and beyond.
