Disney To Sell Face Masks, Donate Profits

Disney has announced that it will sell cloth face masks with Disney character designs.

They will donate all the profits up to $1 million to Medshare, a nonprofit that distributes medical supplies.  It will donate profits through September.  Disney will also donate 1 million masks to kids and families in vulnerable communities across the US.

You can buy the masks here on the shopDisney web site.  The company plans to ship the masks in June.

Disney is selling the masks in four-packs that go for $19.99.  Designs include Star Wars (Baby Yods included), Monsters, Inc., Marvel, and classic Disney – Mickey, Winnie the Pooh, and Stitch.

Disney says the masks meet the Food and Drug Administrations’ recommendation for using nonsurgical, nonindustrial-grade masks.
