A recent analysis of hotel brands by ReviewPro, a website that helps hotels improve their online brand reputation might make you give the Disney resort hotels a second look.

The study looked at hotels in the United States and Canada and ranked 179 hotel brands in six categories: economy, midscale, upper-midscale, upscale, upper-upscale, and luxury. They reviewed 15 million online comments for these brands and a total of 32,359 physical hotels regarding the hotels service, value, rooms, and cleanliness.
The result was a hotel ranking in each of these six categories, and guess how Disney did?
The answer is pretty well!
Disney fell into the upscale category even though their hotels range from value to Deluxe Villa Resorts, and ReviewPro found that nearly 91% of the reviews were positive placing them at number two in their category.
Even at the value resorts, which are similar to motel-style accommodations, Disney’s Mousekeepers work very hard to keep the hotel rooms clean while offering excellent service. I can personally attest to the fact that Disney does, in fact, deliver in these areas.
But what about value? It’s true: Disney Resort Hotels can be expensive. Even value resorts are often over $100 a night.
