Disney World has done everything they can to recover from the unprecedented two day closure of their theme parks and water parks due to Hurricane Irma passing through Florida. They’ve offered to make up lost wages to their Cast Members who were scheduled to work during the closure, and now they’re setting their sights on those guests who were forced to reschedule their vacations.
If you had to reschedule for Disney World vacation due to Hurricane Irma, you are likely eligible for what Disney is calling Multiple Experience FastPasses.
These FastPasses will show up in your MyDisneyExperience app and will allow you to make up for any FastPass that you had scheduled for your original vacation itinerary. These FastPasses have no time boundaries, and you may use them at any point during your vacation. They will also work in any park and any FP+ enabled attraction.
If you enter your MyDisneyExperience account to make new FP+ selections, your gifted FastPasses will disappear. If this happens, call technical support. If you have any questions about these FastPasses or think you should get them but can’t find them, give Disney’s Customer Service a call.
