Officially, the only place to celebrate Halloween in Disney World is Magic Kingdom’s Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. This is the only time that the whole family can dress up in costume and the only time you can Trick or Treat.

However, Disney World is announcing a few fun new ways to celebrate Halloween in Disney World this year!

1 – Mariachi Cobre Presents… The Story of Coco

Mariachi Cobre has been a mainstay in the Mexico Pavilion for quite some time, but they recently updated their show to include Coco! Just when we thought the show was here to stay, the show ended on September 28th.

See Marichi Cobre Presents… The Story of Coco this weekend only on Thursday, October 31st and Friday, November 1st at 11 am, 12 pm, 1:30 pm, and 2:30 pm and on Saturday, November 2nd at 11 am, 12 pm, and 1:45 pm.

2 – Trick or Treating Typhoon Lagoon

Also new this year is a version of Trick or Treating at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon water park!

Pick up special treats at the front entrance, Singapore Sal’s, and Safe Harbor, grab an I-Scream Cone (orange Dole Whip, a sandwich cookie waffle cone, Halloween sprinkles, and white chocolate surfboard), and decorate a mini pumpkin at the Halloween craft station. You can even meet Mickey and Donald near the clock tower dressed in their pirate costumes!

This event is even more limited since it only takes place on October 31st!
