Are you a singer who has always dreamt of performing in Disney World? Here’s your chance!
Disney Parks Live Entertainment is seeking vocalists for the Voices of Liberty a cappella ensemble. The group performs traditional Americana music like American the Beautiful, This Land is Your Land, This is My Country, The Battle Hymn of the Republic, and Yankee Doodle Dandy, plus some popular selections including Let It Go and You Raise Me Up.
The group is made up of eight members who perform several times a day in The American Adventure in Epcot‘s World Showcase.

Requirements
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States. Auditions will be held on Thursday, January 25th at Pearl Studios, 519 8th Avenue- 12th Floor, New York, NY, 10018 with callbacks on January 26th. Female vocalist auditions will be at 10am, and male vocalists can audition at 2pm. You must arrive an hour early to sign in, and the judges will not accept late arrivals.
If you meet these requirements and you’d like to audition, bring a headshot or photo with you and prepare 16 bars of an Americana, Folk, Pop, or Musical Theater musical selection. Bring clearly marked sheet music with you for the accompanist; no pre-recorded music or a cappella selections will be allowed. Singers are discouraged from choosing opera or foreign language music.
Disney encourages singers from all ethnicities and is prepared to hire both full time and part time roles. They will provide relocation packages for qualified performers who display extreme vocal range, control, sight singing, and quick study memorization skills.

If hired, you will sign a Walt Disney World Individual Employment Contract at which time you may apply for membership in the Actor’s Equity Association, which covers you under the collective bargaining agreement for union members.
