When fall arrives at the Magic Kingdom, things start to change – especially on Main Street USA. You will see bright orange and yellow bunting, plenty of wreathes, and even some scare crow citizens showing up around the flag pole.
I’ve got to admit that the Trolley Show is one of my favorites, and I think it is a great example of what makes Disney World so special. Disney doesn’t really need to run the Trolley Show – nobody is going to travel to Florida just to see it. They probably won’t spend more money as a result of seeing the show. But it is a wonderful production that sets the stage on Main Street and brings a smile to everyone who sees it.
So when I first saw the autumn version of the show, I wasn’t sure I liked it – probably because I liked the normal version so much. But now that I’ve seen it a few times, I have to admit to myself that it is a nice show.
The show sets the mood for autumn (even if it is still 80F), and tells a story about all the great things of fall – from hay rides to changing leaves. And it fits in nicely with all the other fall decorations on Main Street USA.
