Top Five Luxury Experiences At Disney World

Let’s dream for a minute.

Let’s say that money is no object (remember, it’s a dream). Disney World has many different luxury experiences for those who have the means. For the rest of us, we might be able to do one of these things if we save up and remember that we are on vacation and dreams can come true.

So to those with available funds (and the rest of us who wish that was us), here are five amazing luxury experiences that you can enjoy at Disney World.

1 – Charter The Grand 1

The Grand 1 Yacht is a 52 foot vessel that can accommodate up to 17 guests – assuming you request a crew of three made up of the Captain, Deckhand, and Butler. This vehicle cost Disney somewhere in the neighborhood of $1.5 million, and it is indeed luxurious with three staterooms and satellite television. It makes it’s home at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort. It is truly a way to see the Seven Seas Lagoon in style. A special outing would be to have your Captain take you out for an evening cruise to watch the Wishes fireworks spectacular from the water complete with synchronized audio played through the ship’s sound system. The cost for chartering the vessel is $520 plus tax (subject to change of course). No outing would be complete without meal and drink service (also at an extra charge).

2 – Dine At Victoria & Albert’s

If you enjoy the best of fine dining, then you owe it to yourself to indulge in the world-class food and service of Victoria & Alberts. Ladies should wear a dress, pantsuit, or skirt, and gentlemen should wear a jacket (ties are optional). For $125 per person, you will enjoy a prix fixe six course meal with delicious items such as German caviar as a starter, duck, lamb, or salmon (among others) for the main course, and a soufflé, mousse, or crème brulee for desert. Enjoy the harp music, the beautiful décor, and the amazing service.

3 – Take A VIP Tour

You can have your very own Disney tour guide for around $300 per hour (rates vary based on the time of the year, and whether or not you are staying at a Disney Resort Hotel). The guide can make sure that you and your party of up to ten folks gets preferred seating and “expedited” entry into select attractions. They will arrange for your transportation and will make sure that your day goes as smoothly as possible.

4 – Visit a Spa

Unlike an outing on the Grand 1, more of us might be able to afford a bit of pampering at a spa. There are many locations from which to choose: Mandara Spa at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, Senses – A Disney Spa at Disney’s Grand Floridian, Senses – A Disney Spa at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort, and Zahanatai Massage at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. These spa treatments aren’t cheap, but they aren’t crazy expensive either. Guests can get a 50 minute deep tissue massage at the Mandara Spa for $130, or a 25 minute reflexology treatment for $60. A Royal Treatment package at the Grand Floridian lasts more than two hours and costs $430.

5 – Design a Custom Adventure

Looking for something truly unique and fully customized to your desires and (hopefully big) budget? Disney Signature Dreams can basically make anything happen that you can afford. Would you like a real life fairy land complete with your favorite characters to spend quality one-on-one time with you? No problem. How about dinner inside the Universe Of Energy? Or your very own party complete with whatever Disney characters, dancers, actors, and acrobats your imagination can dream and your budget can afford? It’s all possible – the ultimate Disney luxury.

If you could make anything happen, what luxurious Disney Experience would you choose?
