Disney’s multi-year and multi-million dollar project to transform Disney Springs into Disney Springs continues.
The new “orange” parking garage makes it easier to find a spot to park. The garage doesn’t seem to be completely finished; the electronics that should direct guests to open parking spots don’t seem to be fully operational, at least not all the time. Disney also seems to have plenty of temporary barricades directing traffic. Even so, the new parking places are definitely welcome and make getting into and out of Disney Springs much easier.
After being blocked off for some time, the thoroughfare past the old Pleasure Island section is now open. Long gone are the guest-favorites like the Comedy Warehouse and the Adventurer’s Club. Now we will have more traditional shopping options. A few are open, and it seems that many more are to come.
